Fordham University’s School of Professional and Continuing Studies, in conjunction with The Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce and Lucille’s Restaurant, is proud to offer a unique opportunity for rising high school juniors and seniors to join our Youth Summer Hospitality Program.

Participants will earn a Certificate of Participation from Fordham University.

Hosted at Lucille’s in Harlem, this hands-on program introduces students to the fast-paced world of restaurants and food service through real-world experience, mentorship, and skill-building workshops led by professional restaurateurs.

Students will build confidence, professionalism, customer service skills, and gain valuable insight into the hospitality industry in an engaging and practical environment.

Courses take place every Monday in July at Lucille’s Restaurant
