There is a reason citrus and stone fruit have long appeared together across Chinese cuisine: one offers brightness, the other brings depth.

A longstanding Hutong signature, the Chinese Lantern brings that dialogue to cocktail form. Mandarin and plum are layered with the floral perfume of elderflower, the bittersweet complexity of Aperol, and the effervescent lift of cava. Expressing flavors that are vibrant yet familiar, the Chinese Lantern is an experience that is unexpectedly nuanced.

The Julep de Brillet is our distinctly Hutong interpretation of the timeless Mint Julep, a cocktail that will never go out of style.

🍐 At its heart is Belle de Brillet, a French pear liqueur crafted from cognac and pear eau de vie - it balances the warmth of aged brandy with the delicate fragrance of ripe pears.

🪷 An aromatic spritz of Fernet Menta and baijiu opens the cocktail with cooling mint and fragrant botanicals that reach the senses before the cocktail even lands before you.

Available this Father’s Day weekend and featured during Jazz Nights at Tanya Blum every Thursday and Friday evening.
