The Handpulled Noodle Central Harlem

The old app was embarrassing and we will not be taking questions about it.

What we WILL say: new app, new loyalty program, $5 off your first direct order, and the Chop-Shop Burrito is live RIGHT NOW. 🌯🔥

Slow-cooked 5-spice pork or chicken. Pickled green papaya. Crisp lettuce. A scallion pancake tucked inside. Veggie spring roll. Secret garlic white sauce. And an umami pancake sauce on the bottom that hits before you even take a bite.

This thing should not exist. And it’s only on our website.

☝️One catch — the Chop-Shop Burrito is exclusive to our website only. You won’t find it on Uber Eats, DoorDash, or anywhere else. Just us. Just you. The way it should be.

Link in bio. We’ll do better. We promise this time.

🍜 Some noodles are politely slurped.
These? No rules.

Ding ding noodles are chopped so grab a spoon, shovel, whatever gets them in your mouth faster.

Shame free and addictive.

Sometimes the smartest move is outsourcing the effort.
We fold, pleat, seal—you just show up hungry.
