SpaHa Soul Reservation are required. We are a scratch kitchen. That specializes in locally sourced food. Chef Artist Thornton is a chef worth getting to know.

It has always been a dream to have a restaurant in NYC and well here it comes. I've created this page as to not drive my friends crazy with all the joys and pains of birthing this new space. I hope you enjoy reading and seeing what I am creating. So here we go!!!! It takes a village no?

Been a few busy days

So I’d like to say that the management company opted to give me my 10 year lease instead of the 5 year lease originally offered. So will live another 10 years. It’s been a weird time. Thinking I’m closing my doors only to be told that hey we got it wrong. I’ve actually started in another space. But am happy to still have this location in my beloved Spanish Harlem aka El Barrio which opened its arms to me when I landed here in Beautiful NYC. So make a reservation and come on home. I’ll be here waiting to celebrate you! Sometimes we need to hear what we do. And this woman and her family have been a blessing in my life. And I’ve been teasing her to hear this poem. And it made my heart melt.
