Spanish tortillas are best when given a little time to set. Ours are made right before service then warmed to order & topped with sautéed morels & green garlic.

If basketball isn’t your thing, tonight’s a great chance to walk into a restaurant you’ve never tried before or sit at the bar of one of your favorites.

A white negroni & a petite plateau, followed by a slice of tortilla with a fennel salad, with fior di latte soft serve & strawberries to finish is our ideal summer Monday.
