Last week we got to show off a few of our new fall cocktails, including:

Cherry Bounce, George Washington’s drink of choice. We steep peak-season cherries in brandy so summer lasts a little longer.

Butternut Old Fashioned, made with roasted butternut squash, brown butter and sage infused into bourbon, plus allspice, bitters and a splash of oloroso sherry.
