Enjoying a Ding D**g Oolong from Taiwan. I really like this tea and I’m sad that there is only a few servings left in my container. This tea is an iconic and some say celebrated tea from the “Frozen Summit” mountain where it is from. This is a rolled oolong -you can see the before and after steeping and how it unfurls. This does not have the buttery oolong flavor I love, but has somewhat sweet floral notes. I like it!!

Don’t adjust your screens- I am swollen. Getting my annual allergy shot and steroids . I avoided Day Lillie’s and poison ivy in my flower beds…or so I thought. But obviously something is bothering me 🤣🤣🤣.
But good news, I got my 34oz tea buckets yesterday and I’m loving this Mango Pineapple tea from It’s so fun to@share these buckets of tea at work, heheheee.

Egyptian Hibiscus…karkade
I made another version of Hibiscus tea, this time from Egypt.
🌺 it’s seems country has their own hibiscus tea. In the US we have a great Passion tea that Starbucks sells.
In Guinea West Africa it’s called Bissap. In the Dominican Republic and Jamaica they do an agua de Jamaica. The Caribbean it’s called Sorrel. Iran it’s called Chai Torsh.

Egyptian Mint Lemonade (Limonana)
A refreshing drink with limes, lemons, mint, and sugar. A little tart, but fun to make and try! Just one of three tea drinks I made from Egypt tonight.

Happy Tuesday! I’m enjoying the sunshine early this morning!
I’ve got a great white Earl Grey tea which I love iced! It’s a nice mellow Earl Grey 💕☕️.
Also enjoying my “weeds”. These tiny looking daisies maybe weeds, but they flower and are beautiful…so they stay!

Happy Monday- choose joy!
I’ve got a great green plum tea this morning. I’m a fan!!! The green flavor is light and the plum notes come through with a bit of sweetness.

Stop #2 Green Goat Cafe Bar
in Cleveland. This place has an amazing courtyard to enjoy! It was a gorgeous day to be out there. I had a strawberry matcha with milk💕💕 This place has so many charming nooks and crannies to enjoy. I loved the vibe and esthetic.
