After 45 unforgettable years in the NYC restaurant community, the time has come for our chef/owner to retire.
Bayon’s final service will be Monday, August 3.
To every guest who walked through our doors, shared a meal with loved ones, celebrated milestones, or simply made us part of your lives, thank you. Your support has meant more than words can ever express.
