David Burke and Josue Bustamante present a spectacular five-course menu featuring Black Truffle Chicken Fritters, Marinated Grilled Prawns, Duck Confit Strudel, Grilled Prime New York Steak, and a Flourless Chocolate Brownie with Strawberry Dulce de Leche—each course expertly paired with ten exceptional wines from two of South America’s premier wine-producing nations.
