Emerging Artist Series Tonight!

I'm very excited to be playing the Emerging Artist Series at Jazz At Kitano this Tuesday, February 12th, from 8:00 - 11:00 PM. I'll be sharing a lot of my original music with my quartet, featuring Kengchakaj (piano), Iris Ornig (bass) and Nolan Byrd (drums). There's a $15 Food minimum, but no cover, and the second set will open up for friends and musicians to sit in. Come down and bring your axe!

Today is National Saxophone Day, which commemorates the birth of Adolphe Sax. Born on November 6th, 1814, he invented the saxophone in the early 1840s.
