Frankies Dogs on the Go

Frankies Dogs on the Go No food is more New York than a classic hot dog! Located on the Lower level of Grand Central Termin

The history of New York City is inextricably linked to the history of the American hot dog. Coney Island was the first place in America to offer hot dogs as a hand-held snack 140 years ago. The Polo Grounds and the original Madison Square Garden followed suit by serving hot dogs to their patrons at sporting events. No picture of New York street life is complete without the classic hot dog cart on

every other corner. No hand-held food is more familiar to the New York customer on the fly, be it as a meal or as a snack to tide us over until the next meal. And nothing says New York more strongly to the out of town visitor than a classic hot dog. Frankie’s Dogs on the Go will build on this New York tradition, adding an upscale twist to the comfort and familiarity of the beloved hot dog. An array of hot and cold toppings, many of them house-made, will be available to garnish the hot dogs. Assorted mustards, pickle relish, ketchup and hot sauce will be available to finish off the dog in style. In addition to the traditional beef frank, Frankie’s Dogs on the Go will offer Poultry to Vegetarian to Organic to Beef and Pork to Bratwurst to Beer-Wurst and seasonal favorites like Bangers.
