Peter supplemented his years of hands-on training with a zealous academic pursuit. Through his commitment and hard work, he earned a coveted Associated Degree from New York City Technical College, a highly recognized culinary program which has turned out an exciting roster of internationally acclaimed chefs. Peter's mastery of traditional cuisine and flare for the nouveau adds daily excitement to Sale & Pepe's extensive menu. Working side-by-side with the restaurant owner, Brian has also mastered the art of perfection. From classic fare to gourmet entrees, Brian ensures superior taste and quality for each selection. The accomplished chef also oversees and prepares all executive menu orders.
