The staff, part 2. We are 87 Ludlow, and from Thursday through the weekend Nile, Ashley and Cabby are on the floor. We pour a cold drink and get started for service.

Ashley working the floor. Quick on her feet, good energy, and half of our familia unit. She and Cabby work the same section, trained each other, and finish each other’s tables. Swipe for the other half. ✨

Cabby on the floor. Easy to talk to, so ask anything. The other half of our familia unit. Between him and Ashley, no table gets left half finished. It is how the whole team has always worked. 🤝

Carolina at the dish station. The Clean Master, focused from the first plate to the last, and the biggest reason the kitchen keeps moving all night. 🫧

David on the bar. Strong, smiling, and the reliable bar back the whole bar leans on. 💪

A Little Something for Our Athletes Back Home 🇵🇭❤️

We’re starting a small shoe donation drive for the young athletes and aspiring athletes back home in Bulacan, Philippines, where our very own Aristotle Tuazon is from.

We’ll be collecting gently used shoes—from kids’ sizes all the way through college/adult sizes—that will be sent to the Philippines this November. The shoes will be used for school, sports training, and everyday activities, so we kindly ask that all donations are still in good, wearable condition.

We’ll have a designated area at the restaurant where you can drop off your donations.

Every pair makes a difference, and we truly appreciate any and all support. Whether it’s one pair or several, your generosity can help a young athlete take another step toward their goals. 👟❤️🇵🇭
