Chef Paul was doing pop-ups before they had a name. 🌟 In the '80s, he took K-Paul's Louisiana Kitchen to San Francisco and New York City for limited runs, bringing authentic Cajun food to audiences who'd never experienced it. The limited runs were so wildly successful they even got the mayor of NYC involved! A true innovator in every sense.

Hey now I finally found a job. I have been looking hard for two solid minths and could not get hired as a waiter. I will try my hand at Eqipment sales for restaurants at Restaurant Depot. I do one week of training in Maspeth this week and Then by next week I will be the sales manager in the Garden City Store on Stewart Avenue. well that did not last long. After one night of "training" I have decided that I will not stay at Riverbay for the near future. I might try to go back there in the fall but for now and through the summer I will stay home. Thanks for keeping up with me...
