Our team recently traveled to Prince Edward Island to spend time with the local farmers who cultivate the mussels we proudly serve every day. From the pristine, cold Atlantic waters to the careful harvesting process, it was an incredible opportunity to experience firsthand the craftsmanship, care, and generations of expertise behind every harvest.
