Hi friends! Hope you are all enjoying this beautiful spring weather! As you know, George and I recently sold Urban Oasis Cafe to an amazing new team of passionate, excited individuals. We want to wish them the best of luck on their new journey with our baby.

Now, George and I are excited to continue on our own amazing journey. You may not know this but we recently moved into NYC and are loving every minute of it! The people, the action, the healthy, fresh, local food choices at the farmers markets, we love it all!

We wanted to share the news with you so that you know we are close by and would love to continue to support you on your health journey, even though we are not inside the window of the green truck. If you have any questions about smoothie making, recipes, health or nutrition advice, just give a shout out! That's what we're here for! I will also be starting to do some cooking classes in the area and would LOVE for you guys to join me!! What would you like to learn to do or make in the kitchen? Your advice could become the topic of one of my new upcoming classes!!! And of course, I would love to see you all there!

We’ve mentioned the ADA bills still pending in California and New York. Now we have new licensure bills in Indiana, New Jersey, Colorado, and West Virginia.

Alright it's over with, we hope. Hopefully everyone has been safe these past few days and we are glad it wasn't as bad as expected... Going to examine the situation at the truck lot tomorrow and will keep you posted with our schedule for the week. Have a peaceful night everyone!
