Yuba is a modern Japanese restaurant. The restaurant offers diners a refined, ingredient-driven concept on par with some of the top sushi spots in the city. This sleek 36-seat restaurant brings a relaxed dining experience in juxtaposition with the bustling neighborhood which it exits within. The restaurant's name, yuba, a Japanese delicacy of tofu skin, is flown in fresh from Japan along with much of the restaurants other ingredients. Ranging from traditional sushi and sashimi items to more exotic and elaborate presentations, Yuba’s menu has selections for all tastes.
