known around the world for her delicate, artful deco sponge cakes, Keem will be sharing her cake artistry with you in a rare, in-person workshop experience.

held on three immersive days, you’ll learn how to thoughtfully craft and decorate a chiffon cake from start to finish.
• how to create a light, airy chiffon sponge cake completely from scratch
• techniques for piping decorative patterns using templates
• Keem’s signature brush painting methods to bring your design to life
