Dear Loyal Guest,
We cannot thank you enough for your patronage and support during these difficult times.
Unfortunately, the unforeseeable business circumstances prompted by COVID-19 have made it difficult for us to justify staying open through the winter (traditionally our most challenging months). We’ve decided to close for the short term so we can be here for the long term. Our doors will shut on Friday, November 13th at 3pm* until we reopen in 2021.
We reopened all 5 of our locations and did our best to stay afloat while keeping in accordance with the applicable state COVID-related guidelines. We reduced expenses, expanded our delivery services and radius, and introduced new menu items but it was not enough. Until the office worker returns, it does not make financial sense for us to be open… we need the lunch rush!
We are not closing for good. We are fortunate to have amazing landlords who are doing what they can to provide rent relief. So for now, we will be taking a break. We will be working to make our menu more delicious. We will be improving our physical retail spaces. We will continue to ensure the safety of our staff and guests.
It is easy to lose hope during a time like this but we refuse to give up. We are excited to see you and serve you again sometime in 2021. Stay safe!!!

*We had to close the Tribeca location last week due to a gas leak in the residential space of the building and will remain closed until 2021.
