Our fifth course has been updated for spring and you'll find it both a little familiar and a little different. It now features a beautiful lamb chop sourced from Colorado and includes new banchan such as soy-glazed potato, charred cucumber, and a ssam lettuce wrap with soy-pickled ramps, shallot, mustard flower, and chili jam!

Mung bean pancake is called "nokdujeon" in Korean. It's a dish that you see everywhere, from holiday table spreads to street vendors. And you can experience it on Jua's tasting menu as well: it is soft and tender on the inside and delightfully crispy on the outside. Trust us, even if you've had nokdujeon before, ours is special! 😋
