As a testament to his commitment to quality, the owner Allaham, along with the restaurants’s Mashgiach, personally inspects every shipment of meat the restaurant receives, guaranteeing that every cut reaches superior standards. An on-site kosher butcher further ensures that every piece of meat is of the highest quality.
