Thrilled to continue our guest chef dinner series with of . We’ve teamed up with our West Village neighbors to create a menu that celebrates both chefs’ backgrounds and highlights their favorite Thai and Spanish ingredients.

Think carabineros with tom yum bomba rice, Spanish tortilla with jamón and massaman curry, dry-aged steak with piquillo peppers and Thai herb salad, flan with mango sticky rice, and more.

Ending Valentine’s Day on a sweet note❤️

Our final course featured warm strawberry rhubarb cake with house-made ice cream and Thai basil oil, paired with strawberry-rhubarb limoncello finished with droplets of that same vibrant green Thai basil.

As a parting gift, each guest received a single long-stem rose and a box of bon bons in our custom flavors — Thai Tea Macadamia and Makrut Lime Pie.

Chef transformed the room with beautiful florals, with individual pink and red bouquets set on every table.

Thank you to everyone who celebrated with us. We hope you had the most wonderful evening.
