We’ve grown and changed a lot since we opened, and after 5 years it felt like the right time to reinvent ourselves a little.

Together with HAM , we gave Sami & Susu a new look—starting at the awning and carrying through to the menus, with new colors, drawings, and details that change with the seasons.

Inside, we’ve been busy too. New plates, new skewers, new kitchen equipment, and some changes to the menu that give us more room to play and keep evolving.

Same Sami & Susu, just growing up a little.

One of our favorite producers, Dard & Ribo, finally made it onto our list.

These are w**es we’ve wanted at Sami & Susu for a long time. Crozes-Hermitage, Saint-Joseph, and C’est le Printemps — all drinking exactly how we like them, especially with a good chill.

They’re perfect with the summer menu right now, but we’re already deep into working on fall, and we have a feeling these w**es are going to play a major role.

Come drink some before we do.

Our new mussels toast. Steamed mussels tossed in a bright Fresno chili vinaigrette, piled onto grilled sourdough with a generous smear of thick aioli 💥

Duck confit stuffed squash blossoms, served with ranch. Pair them with a great bottle of w**e and make a night of it. We’re open all holiday weekend as usual. Happy 4th! 🇺🇸
