Made To Believe is now on the menu at Apotheke NoMad, arriving bright, silky, and quietly elevated for the season ahead.

Pisco, Dom Bénédictine, Passion Fruit Liqueur, Matcha, Lime, and Toasted Matcha Meringue come together in a Formula that moves between tropical lift, herbal depth, and soft green tea intensity. Pisco brings its clean grape spirit character, while Bénédictine adds a layered monastic blend of botanicals, spice, and honeyed warmth.

Passion fruit and lime keep it vivid and electric, while matcha brings its finely ground Japanese tea richness, long valued for focus, ritual, and steady energy. The Toasted Matcha Meringue adds a final layer of texture and aroma, soft and cloudlike at first, then lightly caramelized, with the earthy bitterness of matcha balancing the sweetness of the foam.
