Monster Tan Tan Noodles—a new, limited-time-only special that features our homemade noodles, smothered in a spicy sauce blend of chicken broth and black sesame paste and garlic. Topped with a mound of spicy-hot ground pork and clams. Garnished with shredded chili threads, scallions, spicy pickles, and drizzled with peppercorn oil. Will be serving this spooky dish at all Strings locations till November 14.
