2022 being a special year where the values that we’ve been conducting based on and the diverse culture that we’ve been deeply proud of are on edge and under attacked by political groups. But the show must go on! As a pro baker, every time I get asked about my favorite cake, I’d always say chiffon with cream 💕
My chiffon cakes are lightly sweetened, fluffy like cotton candy, nearly melt the moment they touch your palate; and the cherry on top of my chiffon is, they are light and healthy thanks to their nature of low-cal, low-fat & low-sugar!
I created this mini chiffon trio with the concept of “Central Park Picnic”, including ‘fruit tart’, ‘chocolate donut’ and ‘flower vase’. They’re the best go-to desserts for a perfect picnic in Central Park: easy to carry (minimal weight), easy to eat (no greasy messy hands after) AND yummy & healthy OMG what else you could ask for 😍
Enjoy them comfortably on top of that picnic mat and wait idly under the afternoon sun for squirrels to steal the leftovers.
