Have you tried the Sake-Akai yet? 👀👀👀

Mocha Red’s unique interpretation of the Sake-tini! Instead of traditional Nigori Sake as the base we use Sho Ginjo Nigori which adds an elegant step above. Instead of vodka we use Junipero Gin, which adds a beautiful juxtaposition of Herbs to the milky sweetness of Sho Ginjo.

Elderflower and a CLAPPED! Shiso leaf add more to the compliments of rich and sweet yet botanical. The perfect blend!

Served in a Traditional sake drinking Kimasu, this is quite possibly the most fantastic cocktail we have ever crafted! Enjoy yours TONIGHT!!!

We recently posted the ASMR video of us breaking thru this Peach Creme Brûlée (no sound effects), however requests keep coming in for photos of this dish, so here is an up close and personal shot of the most elegant and classic dessert in our stable. The acidic notes from the peach truly compliment richness of the egg custard. The dessert comes with toasted coconut crackers for dipping 👨🏻‍🍳

We have been getting tons of dms after we posted pictures of our Steamed Short Rib Dumplings to post pictures of the Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass Tacos. What makes these tacos truly unique is that we use the spinach gyoza wrapper for the shell and it’s way crispier that a traditional corn tortilla. The pickled vegetables it’s topped with contains red cabbage, carrots and pickle ginger and makes for the perfect balance in flavor👨🏻‍🍳
