helllo we are here till 5pm! pastries have been selling out before 2pm— sorry! making as much as one person with two hands can do in a day. here is what we have ~as of this post being made~ as well as our special: burnt out. bbq tofu, slaw, pickled red onions, and roasted garlic aioli sandwich. pastry pictured is the pumpkin cheeeeeesecake. as a small reminder— the cafe as you know it will be closing on Sunday. last call for will be Sunday, otherwise follow for updates on the new cafe 🥀

hi! wow! tldr: seitan rising as you know it is closing 💔 alrighty y’all— keeping this short and quick: life is ever changing, a big old ebb and flow, and our lil cafe is included in that. this has been a wild year and a half~~ and we are very thankful y’all have been with us and we can feed you❣️ the rising in seitan rising will no longer exist after October 10th, however, the good news is that the seitan will! if you want to keep up with the cafe and it’s new life go follow !! if you want any pastries from ya have until the 10th to grab them from the cafe❣️ thank you all for understanding, and sticking around with us when things get wild. it’s been a ride, try not to die ❣️❣️(also— we are open today -saturday- till 5pm! pastries are slowly rolling out a bit staggered today, as it’s chilly so things take longer to rise. we will post an updated pastry menu in the afternoon ✨)

it’s Sunday and we are open till 5pm! peanut butter turtle cheesecake is in the deli case and this one is a ~winner~ + tastes like a cheesecake candy bar. also have Benedict mac special, and breakfast Italian croissant sandwich special, and the reuban is still around. full pastry list if you swipe, and we’ve got buffalo chicken cheddar focaccia + lots of croissants and cinnies and gf scones. hope to see you come by 🥀

hellllo! we are open today (Thursday) 10am-5pm, last kitchen orders @ 4:30pm. pictured is our triple threat— the Italian inspired sammy that is a staple on the menu 💫 meats, cheese, pepperoncini, roasted rep peps, greens, and vinaigrette on a focaccia bun. we’ve got a small fun assortment of pastries available today as well~~ including cherry strawberry rose cheese danishes, gluten free almond sesame cherry cookies, and jalapeño cheddar + potato quiche slices. full menu if you swipe. ham and mortadella are available for purchasing by the 1/2 pound. ok I think that’s it! we are still figuring out our weekend hours (it’s lars’ birthday this Saturday!) but will for sure be closed on the fourth. thanks y’all! see ya soon. first photo cred goes to ~ who we miss 💘❣️
