Three Bolivian brothers have come together to create a unique food experience amongst the panoply of restaurants that create the NYC dining scene. We seek to deliver Bolivian comfort food with a few veritable bells and whistles that elevate the experience, taste and love Bolivian food offers. We go the long way to deliver flavor every time, and though we cannot sell too much at a time, we maintain the quality we've come to expect. We are constantly finding ways to bring our customers closer to the food and personality we create. If there's something you'd like to know, just ask!

A customer asked me the other day what makes our fried chicken bolivian? We infuse Bolivian aji (chiles)and seasonings into the flour. There’s a fruity spiciness that you can taste (our mocochinchi honey loves this) that gives it a unique flavor profile
Personally I’d love to see fried chicken on the bone here at the shop. Wbu?
