Le Jardinier is honored to join City Harvest for BID 2026 on October 28 at The Glasshouse. Chef Bastian Schenk () and our team will be serving Mahi Mahi Ceviche at the organization’s largest tasting event of the year.

We are grateful to take part in City Harvest’s work rescuing nutritious food that would otherwise go to waste and delivering it to New Yorkers in need, and we look forward to gathering with the community in support of that mission.

Executive Chef Bastian Schenk presents a six-course pairing menu alongside three vintages of Château Pontet-Canet and Pym-Rae, guided personally by co-owner Noé Tesseron. The evening closes with a Valrhona chocolate bonbon tasting paired with rare Tesseron Cognac.

The Le Jardinier experience begins the moment you walk through the door. At the helm of the front-of-house experience is our maître d', Isabel Acosta-Chan.

Isabel's path through hospitality has taken her from hostess to general manager, and today she has found her focus in the role she loves most: welcoming guests, cultivating genuine connections, and ensuring every visit is memorable. She finds joy in the energy that builds before service begins, in the small details that shape a guest's experience, and in watching someone leave happier than when they arrived.

Before hospitality, Isabel was a filmmaker, having directed an independent documentary about fellow directors in the industry.

Asked to describe our team in three words, she chose dedicated, welcoming, and efficient — which mirrors the energy she brings to the floor each night.
