To celebrate, Pastry Chef has created this Strawberry Labneh Pavlova featuring the legendary Harry’s Berries.

As a thank you to the community that brings Tribeca to life each year, Tribeca Festival participants, attendees, and staff having dinner with us during the festival will receive the dessert, complimentary for the table.

One week ago today, we received news that left our entire team humbled, grateful, and deeply energized: Chambers was included on The New York Times’
100 Best Restaurants in New York City for 2026, landing on the list at #29.

To be recognized by The Times amongst so many extraordinary restaurants, chefs, and hospitality professionals across this city is an incredible honor — one that we do not take lightly. New York is the greatest restaurant city in the world, and simply to be included on this list feels profoundly meaningful to us.

What makes this recognition especially moving is that Chambers has always been built around the idea that food, beverage, hospitality and community are inseparable. Every guest who has joined us in Tribeca, every producer who has trusted us with their work, every farmer with their product, and every member of our team who pours their heart into service each night has helped shape what Chambers is today.

Dragonne @ Chambers

For two nights only, Chambers is thrilled to host an exclusive preview of Dragonne, the debut concept from our friend, Chef Mark Chou, opening later this year in the West Village.

Mark trained in some of New York’s most celebrated Michelin-starred kitchens, including Blue Hill, Le Bernardin, and Eleven Madison Park. He went on to lead the kitchen at Double Chicken Please, where he developed its distinctive dual-concept food program, and later served as Chef de Cuisine at Frenchette, known for its modern French perspective.

Dragonne will be a contemporary French neo-bistro—rooted in classic technique and shaped by the energy of New York. The menu draws from traditional French foundations, with subtle influences from Asian and American cuisines, resulting in dishes that feel both familiar and unexpected. Seasonal seafood and vegetables take center stage, with a menu that evolves alongside the market.

The restaurant’s design will also reflect this ethos: warm, minimal, and quietly refined, with an open kitchen that brings guests closer to the craft. The experience balances thoughtful, elevated cooking with an approachable, neighborhood feel—offering both a sense of occasion and everyday appeal.

Considering our shared values, Chambers is the perfect spot to host this two-night pop-up, offering an early look at Dragonne ahead of its Fall 2026 opening—an intimate introduction to the vision, flavors, and style that will define the restaurant.

And don't you worry: Chambers’ staples—including our grilled veal sweetbreads and Snowdance chicken with spinach, sherry, and thyme—will still be on the menu, which you can view on the Menus tab of our OpenTable profile.

If the forecast stays like this, and it's not really going to start snowing until around 7:00pm, with less than half or even a third of the forecasted accumulation by the time we close, then we have every intention of filling these seats on Sunday, February 22nd.

From Friday, February 27th through Sunday, March 1st, Chambers is thrilled to welcome Superfly Mob—the innovative duo of Carolina Ross and Oleg Sarapulov—for a special three-night collaboration right here in Tribeca.

Founded in 2021 by Carolina, Superfly Mob began as a natural wine import and bar in Poland before evolving into a mobile food-and-wine project. Built together with Oleg — a Ukrainian-born chef whose cooking blends Eastern European roots with French, Italian, and Asian influences — the project now moves city to city through pop-ups and collaborations, with Paris as its current base.

Over three nights, Superfly Mob will join forces with the Chambers team to present a collaborative menu — featuring both Chambers' classics and selections from the Superfly Mob repertoire — celebrating seasonality, terroir, and conviviality.

We’re excited to share our plans for New Year’s Eve at Chambers and hope you’ll join us for a night of good food, good company, and a relaxed, celebratory atmosphere.

For our first seating, with reservations available from 5:30pm to 6:45pm, we’ll be offering à la carte service. The menu will feature some of our classics along with a few dishes that will appear later in the evening on the prix fixe menu. It’s a comfortable way to start your night out, whether you’re heading elsewhere afterward or simply prefer an earlier dinner.

Our late seating, with reservations from 9:00pm to 10:00pm, is designed for guests who want to celebrate the countdown with us. This seating will feature a five-course prix fixe menu that includes options like bluefin tuna, scallops, foie gras, line-caught halibut, and wagyu beef. The price is $230 per person before tax and gratuity, and optional wine pairings will be available. We’ll all be together in the dining room as the clock strikes midnight.

Our Communal Table will be available for one Group of 8 - 12 Guests.
Parties of 1 - 6 Guests are available at Tables & The Bar.

We are open tonight!

Join us this evening for our very first Sunday night service — a new ritual in the making, and a great excuse to stretch out the weekend with great food, great wine, and good company.

Change is good and, after 3+ years as a 5-day operation, we are thrilled to bring you everything Chambers has to offer 7 nights a week!

And some things don't change, like our grilled veal sweetbreads with house made sauerkraut, garlic chives, and glazed Tokyo turnips.
