We are excited to officially welcome Higgins Concessions to our 2026 Pride in the Valley Festival! 🎉🌈🌯

While this may be their first year joining us under a new name, their story—and their flavors—are anything but new.

Meet Ryan and Sheri Higgins 👋🏻 Owners of Higgins Concessions, they are continuing a proud family tradition that spans over 30 years. Sheri’s parents, Roger and Judy Cope, built a beloved legacy with Cope’s Concessions, serving up favorites that so many in our community have come to know and love.

Now, Ryan and Sheri are carrying that legacy forward—bringing you the same delicious lamb and chicken gyros with their homemade cucumber sauce, crispy French fries, and refreshing lemon shakes you’ve enjoyed for decades!

We are thrilled to have them join us for the 2026 Pride in the Valley Festival and can’t wait for you to experience these amazing flavors once again. 🏳️‍⚧️🌯🏳️‍🌈

We are here serving today, Saturday, May 9th, until 5:30 PM! Come on out and treat Mom with an early Mother’s Day meal!

- Lamb or Chicken Gyro with our homemade cucumber sauce, onions, tomatoes, and lettuce
