Good morning Minnesota!

I’m here bright and early today, Saturday (June 6th) at the Bloomington Farmer’s Market, from 8am - 1pm.

I have gluten free (everything is) sourdough and sandwich bread, sourdough bagels, sourdough flights, hamburger buns (that don’t fall apart!), cookies, muffins, scones, cupcakes, and assorted other goodies. Come on out and say hello!

Next Saturday (June 13th), I’ll be at the Richfield Farmer’s Market.

As if I’m not busy enough baking for the markets, I’m also trying out new ideas and recipes.

Here’s a look at a coffee chocolate chip sourdough loaf I decided to try. My daughter’s coworkers gave it a thumbs up. Tell me, is this something you would buy?

I wanted to let you know that unfortunately I won’t be able to make it to the New Prague Farmer’s Market tomorrow.
