Day 16 of 30 reasons you should become a Skinny Bean Fiend ☕️😂

Did my ADHD make me completely forget I was doing a 30 day challenge? Absolutely. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Did ChatGPT remind me about it yesterday? Also yes. 😂

So here we are… DAY 16. At this rate, this 30-day challenge might take me 6 months, but WE WILL FINISH. 💪🏼

And honestly, watching me try to remember this challenge is just another reason you should become a Skinny Bean Fiend. 😂☕️

09/15/2026

I fear we have created the youngest Skinny Bean Fiend. 😂☕️ He fed himself and everything… basically ready for his first shift. 😂

Watch me make our NEW Breakfast Nachos 🤤🔥

Eggs, chorizo, bacon, house made chipotle sauce, sour cream & house made pico… because apparently regular breakfast just wasn’t doing enough. 😂

Breakfast nachos are officially a thing at The Skinny Bean. 😎
