If you tried to call the store today and we haven't answered, I apologize. Spectrum has an outage in the area. David Geiger from Spur I.T. Services is my hero today. He rushed over with a setup to get us online, so a big thank you to him! The phone, however, is a separate issue. I have the calls forwarded to my cell, but apparently only half are going through. On a side note, do you have a recommendation for another business internet and phone provider? Spectrum seems to have outages every other week.
