Valley Home Dining (VHD) is a boutique catering & freelance chef service for the Hudson Valley region of New York. VHD caters events, including weddings, bachelorette dinners, family reunions, business meetings and other occasions. Amy Tung, Chef/Owner of Valley Home Dining is an Ithaca College Graduate with a B.S. She lived in NYC for 13 years where she worked for a small business. Amy studied C

ulinary Arts at The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) and The Natural Gourmet Institute. Amy volunteered at the James Beard Foundation and assisted guest chefs. After relocating back to her hometown of New Paltz, she cooked at The Village Tea Room & Restaurant. She continues to work with their catering team as a freelance chef.
