To our NOLA Restaurant family, our staff, and our guests, we miss all of you. We have been tirelessly working to analyze the current landscape as best as we can. We very much want to get back to doing what we love. At this time we will remain temporarily closed at 534 St. Louis Street in the French Quarter this summer. Our dedication to our staff, customers and community remains paramount, and we ask for your patience and understanding. Our passion for hospitality has not faltered and our desire to connect with our family has deepened. We feel that in order to uphold the experience we have created together over the past 27 years, extending the timeline on when we open our doors to serve you is necessary. We cannot wait to see our family of staff again and serve our valued guests early this fall.

Happy ! Make these bold margaritas tonight! 🍹🍹INGREDIENTS

1 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup quality gold tequila, such as Cuervo Gold or Sauza
1 cup simple syrup
One-third cup blue curacao or triple sec
Salt for glass rims, if desired
DIRECTIONS

Combine all in a non-reactive bowl or pitcher, stir well to combine and serve over ice.

Like so many others in our industry, we have suspended operations at our restaurants. The amount of love and support we feel from our customers at large is overwhelming and in an effort to protect our team and their families, the Emeril's Restaurants Employee Relief Fund has been created. Donations to this fund represent gifts from you to employees of our owned restaurants and the fund will facilitate the distribution. Additionally, 100% of gift card sales from emerilsrestaurants.com will be donated to the fund.

It is not possible for us to operate without the hard-working and dedicated employees who are the backbone of everything we do. We simply do not exist without our talented and passionate teams who make up the heartbeat of our brands. We are committed to doing everything we can to swiftly commence operations and return to doing what we love.

Thank you all for your continued patronage, support, and love during these hard times. We will get through this together and will again be serving food made with love and creating comforting and exceptional experiences for our employees and guests.

I am devasted and still in shock after quickly having to suspend operations of my restaurant company and close the various brands that make up my restaurant family. It was a difficult but necessary decision made in order to protect our employees and our customers during the current health crisis. My heart is heavy for my employees, their families, my colleagues, and the industry at large. This community is made up of some of the strongest, most hardworking and talented people I know. It is with a heavy heart that I announce we are temporarily suspending operations at NOLA Restaurant effective immediately. It is a very difficult but necessary decision that we’ve made in order to protect our employees, our customers, and our business given the current health crisis and the information available to us. As this is a constantly evolving and changing situation, we will be sharing further information as it becomes available to our staff, their families and our customers.
