Seafood Delivery Driver, Class D or CDL
The right driver will have the ability to stay calm under pressure, solve problems in the moment, excellent communication skills, and be punctual and reliable. Driver must want to be part of a team and interested in the success of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Delivery driver will operate – Refrigerated Box truck
*Driver will have pre-assigned routes and endure timely delivery of our products to our customers, in a professional and customer service oriented manner.
*Delivery driver will perform routine daily pre-trip and post-trip inspection to ensure vehicle is road safety and reports any mechanical defects condition to Lead Driver/Supervisor
*Driver will ensure that manifests are completed and accurate
*Driver will load truck with daily merchandise to be delivered as well as unloaded merchandise for customer.
*Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 75 lbs.
*Provides assistance to resolve customer issues.
*Ensures timely delivery of product to our customers, dealing with multiple stops with deadlines to deliver, handing of our product with care
*Delivering to our customers to multiple locations and handle our equipment to safely deliver orders and protect pedestrians
*Food delivery experience preferred, but not required
*Training provided
*Equipment and new uniforms are provided
*Knowledge of southern regions in Louisiana, Mississippi & Texas
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
*Good customer service skills
Strong organization skills & communication skills
*Work cooperatively with others
Valid Class D or CDL Driver's License
*Clean MVR Record
Medical Card
*Follow DOT, ELD Regulations
*Must have 2 years of experience delivery driving
