I am beyond excited to join the roster for ’s Isang Kusina 2026 this May.

Representing New Orleans means honoring a 250-year legacy: from the 1763 settlement of Saint Malo to the kitchens of Milkfish and Tatlo. After 25+ years in this industry, I’m excited to bring the flavors and history of the south to this iconic stage for AAPI Heritage Month.

Join us for a night of hospitality and storytelling as we tell the 400-year Filipino American story under One Kitchen.

Everyone is asking what’s on the menu! So I am going in order from our most popular entree’s and cocktail!

First up is the Triquetra- tender lemongrass honey ribs with Red cabbage and Mango slaw.

Everyone has been wondering what Tatlo has been up to so here’s an update!

After closing at the end of July we hoped to jump right in to re-open. We wanted to continue our momentum of giving an amazing dining experience with purpose. The response and support has been amazing and we thank you! The government shutdown then ice did not seem an ideal time to open. Instead I have been doing some spiritual work on and about the reality of the life we as people are living right now. It’s hard to have a restaurant in this environment right now. So we are on pause while slowly building the next phase when the time makes sense. Until then we will be doing events once a month.

We hope you will join us in manifesting justice and love for our people! We will indulge in food and cocktails as always with spiritual benefits. Let’s come together!
