While many of our Lakeview friends and neighbors have been coming to us for years, we're always changing and growing. Our menu has expanded throughout the years to suit our guests

' evolving tastes and we've added deliciously healthy items like egg white omelets, multigrain pancakes and waffles, and 10 different salads to our menu! Our famous Onion Mumm has always been a hit and the same goes for Big Al's Bloody Mary. In fact, Big Al himself has been with us ever since our opening 30 years ago! And we've always been proud to use only top-of-the-line seafood and fresh, quality ingredients for every dish, whether it's our Louisiana Crawfish Étouffée, Blueberry Basil Pie, or The Big Easy Omelet. Today we’re celebrating someone who is truly one of a kind.

For 38 consecutive years, Ms. Pat has been part of the Russell’s Marina Grill family. She’s welcomed generations of guests with a smile, remembers your name, asks about your kids, and somehow never forgets the little details that make people feel seen.

She’s the first one to arrive and the last one to leave. If something needs to be done, Ms. Pat has probably already done it. She notices the details that others miss, keeps us all on our toes, and loves this place as if it were her own.

And if you’ve worked with her, you know about the purse. Need a Band-Aid? Tylenol? Mints? A spare part for your car? Somehow, Ms. Pat has it. She never hesitates to share whatever someone needs. ❤️

Want to know what keeps Ms. Pat going after 38 years? We’re pretty sure she’s fueled almost entirely by our chili and Vanilla Bean ice cream.

She’s a firecracker, in the very best way. She’ll tell you exactly what she’s thinking, keep everyone laughing, and fiercely cares about the people around her. That’s just who she is.

Thirty eight years of early mornings, hard work, friendships, and taking care of both our guests and our team is something truly special. We simply wouldn’t be Russell’s without her.

Ms. Pat, thank you for every breakfast served, every laugh shared, every guest you’ve made feel like family, and every one of us you’ve looked after along the way.
