It’s Rivalry Game Day! 💙💛🏈 Holy Cross vs. Jesuit tonight at Tad Gormley, the 108th meeting. This game raised me: serving Jambalaya to my brother and his teammates, and to Tiger fans before and after this historic game. Honored to see our story and my brother ringing the bell in Rouses Magazine. Thank you Rouses Markets for sharing it, and for the opportunity to make Jambalaya Girl one of your best-selling mixes.

Pastalaya tip from Bruce: “Added some celery and red pepper to take it up a notch. Opened the door and yelled …”yum yum come get some”…..and the whole neighborhood showed up….boom!”

TWO FULL TRUCKS of Mardi Gras goodness unloaded and ready to roll!

Dad and I just delivered two truckloads of custom Jambalaya Girl mixes to our longtime partners at Grounds Krewe for the 2027 Carnival season! Now available for pre-order on their website.

We are grateful to supply Grounds Krewe with locally made throws since 2021, and seeing this massive order land is proof that local and sustainable Mardi Gras throws are here to stay.

DM us for more info on customizing your Krewe’s throws. Cook Me Somethin’ Mister!

It felt like it was my debutante ball celebrating sweet 16 years in business with Louisiana’s finest tourism leaders!

We are proud to sponsor lunch at the Louisiana Travel Association Summit! Nothing brings people together like an authentic, home-cooked Louisiana meal.

Thank you to Louisiana Travel Association for gathering everyone who makes our state such an incredible place to visit, live, and eat! And shout out to the culinary team at the JW Marriott New Orleans for working with me to serve a little home cooking.

“Fed over 20 people this weekend at an airshow. Your jambalaya was the ultimate one pot meal. So easy to cook in my 100 year old butcher pot and ghetto cooker. Everyone loved the flavor!” – Nicholas
Y’all help me welcome Nicholas to the Jambalaya Girl Cooking Club! Love that cooker, thanks for sharing our Jambalaya at the air show!
