Meet Steve Randolph - one of our dynamo restaurant managers!

Steve started at Mr. B's in 1998 and has literally grown up with us, moving from runner to cook to kitchen manager to restaurant manager.

Randy Stein says it best: "It has been a pleasure watching Steve build his career at Mr. B’s. I have always appreciated his calm demeanor and levelheadedness, which is rare in what can be a frantic business. He is a true asset."

When he's not keeping our operations running smoothly, you might find Steve on the basketball court (old school habits die hard) or keeping the beat as a drummer in his church choir.

His go-to order? Chicken Pontalba from our brunch menu - clearly the man has excellent taste!

Here's to 28 years of dedication and many more to come!
