To assist entrepreneurs and food & beverage professionals who have been affected by the COVID-19 outbreak, Politan Group is pleased to announce the formation of Residency at Politan Row. This unique residency program provides a platform for displaced members of the hospitality community through a temporary location at one of our food halls across the nation.

The goal of the program is to create a home for industry professionals who are experiencing extraordinary challenges, such as losing a lease. Talented chefs who have been laid off, but are ready to start their own brand, are also encouraged to apply. In short, Residency represents an opportunity to rekindle sales, be a part of a community, and keep your brand in the public eye.

The program includes a retail location in a Politan Group food hall, access to a kitchen and POS systems, sales tax filing support, licensing, and other critical infrastructure – even service wares! Deposits are waived to minimize startup capital requirements and operational fees are substantially reduced for a period.
