Monday nights at have developed a bit of a following—and for good reason.
It’s Ramen Night.
Tonight, Chef Wataru is serving Hot Chicken Tsukemen: springy noodles paired with a rich, concentrated dipping broth, alongside chashu pork, bean sprouts, sliced red onion, and egg. Deeply savory, satisfying, and exactly the kind of meal that makes a Monday feel a whole lot better.
Our vegan tsukemen is built around a flavorful soy-based broth with avocado, shiitake mushrooms, bok choy, fried tofu, and cucumber, with an optional egg add-on.
If you've never had tsukemen before, think of it as ramen with a twist: the noodles and broth arrive separately, allowing you to dip each bite into an intensely flavored broth. It's interactive, incredibly delicious, and one of Japan's great comfort foods.
