SUNDAY BRUNCH — WITH A GREEK ACCENT 🇬🇷
Sunday mornings call for something a little indulgent… and at Greca, brunch means taking the flavors of Greece and giving them a delicious morning twist.
🍓 TSOUREKI FRENCH TOAST
If you’ve never had French toast made with tsoureki, you’re in for a treat. Greece’s beloved celebration bread is rich with eggs and butter, delicately sweet, and famously aromatic with mastiha and mahlepi, the fragrant ingredients that gives tsoureki its unmistakably marvelous flavor. Thick slices soak up the custard beautifully while remaining tender and almost pastry-like inside.
We top ours with a fresh berry compote, Greek honey and creamy Greek yogurt, with savory loukaniko (village sausage) on the side.
And those Greek ingredients matter. Honey is one of Greece’s great agricultural treasures, shaped by a landscape filled with wild thyme, herbs, pine forests and flowering plants. Greek yogurt is equally iconic—thick, tangy, protein-rich and rooted in a centuries-old tradition of turning simple milk into something extraordinary. Together, they bring sweetness, richness and that unmistakable taste of Greece to every bite.
🍳 GYRO-EGG SKILLET
For the savory brunch crowd: lamb & beef gyro carvings, crispy breakfast potatoes, two perfectly poached eggs and crumbled barrel-aged feta. Break into those eggs and let the yolks mingle with the gyro, potatoes and salty, tangy feta. Now that is Sunday morning.
Two brunch specials. Two very different reasons to get out of bed.
