At New Milford Pizza Station, we use flour from Europe for our pizza. Why? Because most commercially-produced flour made in the US is loaded with additives and ingredients considered harmful by many in the food-science community. The flour we import at New Milford Pizza Station is not chlorinated or bromated. It's a fine-milled minimally processed flour that creates for our guests a flavorful, crisp crust. And like our choice of flour, all of the ingredients that go into our pizza are carefully sourced with health and quality as the primary criteria. Mozzarella by Grande, tomato products by Stanislaus, sausage by Lamberti of New Haven, and pepperoni by Hormel, among others. We don't skimp on the ingredients, because providing a pizza that is healthy and made with love is our mission. Thank you for believing in our mission!

Dino's version of a Muffaletta - the BEST sandwich ever! This is a New Orleans tradition that combines sandwich meats, cheese, and a briny condiment.
