This past week I catered a drop off Monday with no pictures, a 50th year company Anniversary which included pulled pork and chicken, Mac N Cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad and two cheese balls. For their 3rd shift crew, I dropped off broccoli and cheese casserole, mashed potatoes, garden salad and rolls. Then I catered for this graduation party which included taco meat and shredded chicken, Mexican rice, and corn cake with all the toppings and charcuterie stand with meats and cheeses. URGENT SALE*******REDUCED PRICES on two boards left…see price below on pictures.

Went to drop off these boards I put together this morning and was told I’m a month early!! Party isn’t until June 29th 😞 needless to say I have all of this fresh food, everything was kept cold during delivery with ice packs, and no where to go! Four hours shopping, 8 hours washing, chopping, slicing, and about 3 hours assembling, I hate to see it go to waste!! Prices are under each photo!! LOOKING FOR CUSTOMER FEEDBACK!!
I plan to try this new item on my food truck menu. Fries or nachos topped with pulled pork, spicey mayo, sweet chili sauce, ell sauce, crispy onions, and scallions. Only thing not pictured is the scallions because I didnt have any when I made this for my husband last night to get his opinion. We both approved but would love customer input. I also need a name for my menu…here are some to chose from or offer me your own idea!
