Who wants to get there hands on our hot & fresh hand carved 20+ hour smoked brisket, smoked pulled pork and smoked 2lb baby back ribs? Joe is going to do a meat only pickup sale this Saturday & Sunday only, as supplies last.

We miss everyone very much. So as we work on finding a partner to help us re-open full time, Joe wants to do a pit-side cook with a load of our famous brisket, pork and ribs only for sale this Saturday & Sunday from 4pm-8pm pickup times only. No sandwiches, no sides, no cornbread, and no platters. Just meat only. You’ll have to wait until we reopen to get all of the sides and cornbread, sorry.

We want to send our love and gratitude for everyone who supported us last weekend. We love you all! It was an extremely emotional weekend for us and our crew. Thank you! 🙏 ❤️😘

We simply cannot afford to continue operating the restaurant and take orders for Thanksgiving and catering.

PLEASE HELP! We are looking for a private investors or a group of investors to reach out to us to help us get out of this hole and get back to smokin everyday. We are closing after this weekend. 😢 💔
We will be open today Saturday 11/2 4pm-9pm and Sunday 11/3 11am-4pm! Come & get our smoked meats and sides while you can. Once we sell out that is it folks. We are deeply saddened and devastated to close. This was Joe’s dream and livelihood. So come on out and spend time with us on our last two days. Love you all and thank you for all of your love and support!

Our restaurant will be closed tomorrow Saturday 9/14 because our entire crew will be TWO events. We just don’t have the staff to efficiently provide the level of service at the restaurant that our customers deserve. So come on out and visit us with two different menus at these events.

We will be at The Sold Out Ringo Starr Concert in New Lenox AND at The River Thru History Festival in Willow Springs, IL.

At the concert we will have our BBQ sliders, huge Back Ribs, Loaded Mac-n-Cheese and Loaded Nachos.

At the festival we will have Smoked Turkey Legs, Smoked Tenderloin Steak Tips, Smoked Bone-In Pork Chops, Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Smoked Corn on the Cob, Smoked BBQ beans, and Corn Bread.
