Pork shoulder and tenderloin marinated in a sauce made from dried guajillo & chipotle peppers, and achiote paste. We grill it, chop it, and toss it on the pie with some roasted pineapples, raw onions, cilantro, and lime slices.

roasted & pureed sweet potatoes, crumbled hot sausage, feta cheese, caramelized onions, & mozzarella cheese.
