Well this has been on my menu since May & I think this weekend’s temperatures were calling for us to stir it up! Hit Apple C***r at the shop all weekend and Hot Chocolate & C***r on the Trailer today in Greenwood Lake & tomorrow in Port Jervis .

The weather forecast for tomorrow, all day and evening are for rain and wind. That is not good for our blow up 20’ screen and the ground we all sit on and lay down in. Second time cancelling due to a rainy and windy forecast. I’m hoping to reschedule but the season ends in 2 weeks, so we are not sure if this can be done this year.

With two weeks to go in my ice cream season, I wanted to thank everyone for supporting me in 2026. I am looking forward to 2027 with a few new ideas that we have, but for the next 5 months I will be spending my time relaxing my scooping arm, enjoying my family, friends and my two adorable dogs, Lucy & Ella. The shop has increased its sales this season, added events like cooking classes & terrarium building. The new trailer has added double the food truck events and staffing that we can now handle & the small trailer allowed us to double book events. Next year will be exciting with new ideas, new events, tables inside the shop for those many rainy days we endured this year and much more. I will be collaborating with a few small businesses for new menu items and new events. Please feel free to reach out by sending me a DM or email during the off season.
